Product Description Please carefully read before making a purchase: Attention: 1. Suction is most effective on non-porous, smooth, and flat surfaces such as ceramic tile, glass, mirror, stainless steel, and acrylic. 2. Suction will not work over grout lines (suction cup diameter: 6.7cm/2.64in) or on porous surfaces such as wood, unfinished marble, granite, porcelain, wallpaper, natural stones (e.g. Travertines), painted walls, or any bumpy surface.

Package includes: 2x adhesive mounting discs for installing the suction shower caddy on a rough surface. To install the suction shower basket on a rough surface, the 3M Discs provided in the package must be used.

Important: "Adhesive mounting discs" are not necessary for non-porous smooth surfaces such as smooth tile, glass, or mirror.

How to use: 1. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before attaching your HASKO products. We recommend cleaning the surface with rubbing alcohol. 2. Loosen the knob by turning counterclockwise until the rubber base is flat. 3. Position the product into the slot in the cup. Note: the slot position is at the bottom of the disc. 4. If there are issues during initial installation, wash the suction cup, dry it with a hair dryer, and test it on a smooth glass surface. If the suction holds, it means the initial wall may not be suitable for using the suction cup, so please change the installation location.
